Here are some of my signature dishes. I have a lot more (to come).

Vegetable Soup 🍲
A flexible soup recipe. You essentially take a bunch of vegetables and boil them. Inspired by this video.
Ingredients
- Onions (can be frozen)
- Garlic
- Tomatoes (I usually used canned)
- Random Vegetables (carrots, potatoes, broccoli, etc...)
- White wine (or a touch of white balsamic vinegar)
- Leafy Green like Kale (optional)
Instructions
- Cut up vegetables (dice onion and garlic, roughly chop everything else)
- Put water on boil, and put onions in.
- Put random vegetables in, start with hardest things then add the softer things later. Harder things need to be boiled longer.
- Put tomatoes in.
- Add white wine.
- Add crinkly leaf salad.
- Add chopped garlic.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Drizzle a bit of olive over it.

Kale and Beans Stir Fry 🥬
Amazing recipe of 100% my own invention. Super good and feels healthy.
Ingredients
- Canned Beans (I buy a 6 bean blend can)
- Soy Sauce
- Kale
- Sweet Chilli Sauce
- Garlic (optional)
- Onions (optional)
- Vermicelli Noodles (optional)
Instructions
- Begin boiling vermicelli noodles if you have them.
- Wash and massage kale. Then pull leaves off stalks.
- Begin frying garlic and onions in oiled pan if you have them.
- Add kale and fry until it is reduced in volume.
- Add soy sauce and sweet chilli sauce.
- Drain and add canned beans.
- Add noodles if you have them.
- Fry until done, season to taste.

Zoomer Avocado Toast 🥑
A Classic recipe.
Ingredients
- Bread
- Avocados
- Margarine
- Mind Chilli Sauce (I use Peri Peri sauce)
Instructions
- Toast Bread.
- Cut up avocados.
- Spread margarine on toast.
- Add avocados, chilli sauce, and season with salt and pepper to taste.

Broccoli Pasta 🥦
S tier pasta. Is actually super flavourful. Veganzied from this video (just replaced cheese with nutritional yeast).
Ingredients
- Broccoli
- Pasta
- Garlic
- Nutritional Yeast
Instructions
- Cut up and begin boiling broccoli.
- Dice garlic. On medium to low heat begin frying it in olive (preferably olive oil).
- Remove broccoli when tender but not overly soft, add it to the frying oil. Boil pasta in the same water.
- Get a cup of the broccoli pasta water. Drain and add pasta to pan.
- Slowly add saved cup of broccoli water to pan.
- To plate, drizzle olive oil, salt and pepper to taste, and put nutritional yeast over.

Nachos 🍅🌽🧀
Super easy nachos recipe. Honestly tastes just as good with vegan cheese as with regular cheese. Only downside is that vegan cheese is pretty expensive. Probably just
an artifact of supply and demand.
Ingredients
- Corn Chips (Careful some contain milk)
- Salsa (I like Tostitos brand)
- Vegan Cheese
Instructions
- Spread corn chips on plate.
- Sprinkle vegan cheese and bits of salsa on top.
- Finding the balance of these three ingredients is key.
- Can repeat with multiple layers.
